Rei translates to Universal/Divine Wisdom or Higher Power and Ki means life energy or vital life force. Life force is in all things. As a Reiki Master, I serve as a conduit for Reiki energy to gather and direct universal life force into the client. This balances the emotional bodies and releases any blockages or held energy. This practice helps enhance the bodies natural ability to heal, balance emotions and reduce stress.
